All the components are manufactured, and assembled in house. The
materials used for the glaciecore and outer shells are made of High
Density Polyethylene, a safe and flexible plastic.
A family run operation, all components are manufactured by either
the Blow Molding or Injection molding Processes.
Components are welded together using Spin welding or Linear
vibration techniques.
15,000 Sq Ft. Facility
The Brick structure overlooks the Lower mill pond.
